Old and refurbishmed pub. The interior has two linking rooms, one used as a restaurant, the other used as a bar. Three cask beers are on the bar, and occasionally a forth. Sport is shown in the bar area and here are quizzes, karaoke, disco theme nights and live music. It has a large car park to the side of the pub, and good bus services. Their note to fame is that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle stayed there in 1903, when he came to investigate the Gt Wyrley Murders.
