A former coaching inn dating back to 1746. It is rumoured that the infamous highwayman Dick Turpin stopped here on his famous ride to York. The traditionally styled pub has historical photographs decorating the walls. A separate bar and lounge serves up to eight real ales. This is the closest pub to the local football team Hednesford town FC so can be busy on matchdays.
