A Former coaching Inn dating back to 1746. This traditionally styled pub serves up to eight real ales including several guests with sporting and historic photographs decorating the walls. Monthly quiz nights are held with fans from the local football club flocking here on match days. It is rumoured that the infamous highwayman Dick Turpin stopped here on his famous ride to York.
