Comfortable village pub close to the Trent & Mersey Canal. Inside, the room is divided into three distinct areas, mostly for dining, and with tables often showing reserved signs. Vegan-friendly meals are available and ingredients for all meals are sourced locally wherever possible. Children are welcome until 9pm. An ever-changing guest beer or beers, usually from the Midlands, accompanies the regular ales.
