This is a flagship pub operated by Black Country Traditional Inns. Approximately 16 real ales are available including 3 regular beers from Black Country Ales. The guest beers include some obscure breweries as well as some well known local breweries, such as, Kinver and Fixed Wheel. There is always a minimum of one 'dark' beer available e.g. a stout or porter. A minimum of four real ciders are always on offer. Unobtrusive TV screens are only positioned at the very top of the pub in a secluded, raised drinking space or in the smaller and more private front room. A large first floor function room with a separate bar and in-house catering provision is available for hire. Branch Cider Pub of the Year 2017.
