A friendly, traditional, real ale pub converted from offices by Black Country Traditional Inns and opened in August 2012. It is one of the oldest timber-framed buildings in Wolverhampton, the Georgian frontage dating from 1726, while the timber-framed rear dates from circa 1500.
The bar is located down a short flight of stairs from street level with a function room available upstairs. A lift for people with disababilty gives access to all floors. A courtyard to the rear provides an outdoor seating area.
Four beers from Black Country Ales along with six changing guest beers, including two porters/stouts, and a real cider are served.
Cobs are available at lunchtime and customers may bring in their own food with plates and cutlery provided.
