Although dating from 1830, this village pub has a modern interior. The large outdoor patio and garden are popular with users of the South Staffs Railway Walk and the nearby Staffs & Worcs Canal. Sunday food is available until 7. The main lounge is laid out as a restaurant whilst the bar area has a selection of Wolves team photos from the last 120 years. Three handpumps serve mainly local guest beers. Note that the nearest bus stop is 1.2 miles away and all approaches to the pub are along narrow country roads with no pavements.
