See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

Dating from 1886, this Victorian Grade II listed city-centre pub with ceramic tiled exterior and interior walls, original bar fittings - including rare snob screens - is little altered since a remodelling in 1900 by local architect Fred T. Beck.

Renowned for its Jukebox and attracting a varied clientele, quiet during the day but busy evenings and weekends, especially when Wolverhampton Wanderers are at home. There is a courtyard to the rear with a smoking area.

Lunchtime meals are served by an arrangement with the next door café. Cobs also available.

Only open Sundays if it is a Wolves home match-day
