This 18th-century village offers a warm and friendly welcome to villagers, walkers and other visitors. It features stylish decor and furnishings, and has an L-shaped bar, a separate restaurant area and a large partially covered garden. The food menu uses locally-sourced ingredients and includes vegetarian options. As well as real ale, an interesting range of wines and gins is on offer.
