Set in the heart of rural south Shropshire, this local CAMRA award winning pub is well worth visiting. Local beers are available from Hobsons, Ludlow and Wye Valley breweries. A traditional bar with log fire leads up to one of two dining rooms where locally sourced food is served. Extensive menu with specials board available. Live music occasional weekends - check Facebook for details. A shop/cafe is situated on the premises and is open from 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4 pm on Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sunday. The cafe is also available to be used as a function room. The pub is closed at lunchtimes during the week in winter (1 January to 31 March) but real ale is available in the cafe. Walkers and cyclists welcome.
