Redditch Town Centre's only Micropub, now in its 3rd year, originally a brewpub found behind St. Stephens Church and conveniently located near the town centre, a good changing range of interesting beers is usually available, from a session IPA to premium ABV typically sourced directly from breweries along with cider and a wide selection of gins and rums. Formally a Solicitors office building where a current CAMRA member had worked, so it is fitting that a CAMRA discount is offered. The main bar has a roaring fire which adds to the friendly atmosphere among regulars. A second room, The Conference Room, is refurbished with pool table and dart board, and can be used as a private function room. Live music or in-house DJs is often provided at weekends. There is parking at the rear of the pub plus a pay and display car park in the nearby Quadrant opposite NEW College. Handy for the Redditch Palace Theatre for pre or post show refreshments. Some hot food available each Tuesday, bar snacks also available, takeaways can be eaten in the pub.
