This welcoming Black Country Ales pub offers a comfortable open-plan lounge in a prominent position on the junction of the B4184 and Alcester Road, and showcases at least three Black Country Ales as well as four guest beers (including a dedicated dark ale) and two ciders which are displayed on electronic screens. Features a real fire, with cobs, pork pies, sausage rolls, quiche and local Scotch eggs, available at the bar. The pub also holds charity events for the Primrose Hospice, as well as mini beer festivals and fetes. Crib is played here every week and chess boards are available. New sheltered and heated garden area (with handpumps available April to September), plus dog bar! Branch Pub of the Year 2022 & 2021 and County Pub of the Year 2019.
