This is the brewery tap and visitor centre for the Ludlow Brewing Company. Its siting is in the former railway sidings at Ludlow Station and the building was once a transit depot for railway goods. An imaginative conversion, it’s built on two levels, with two huge Mash Tuns on the upper level, and more comfortable seating and tables and an outside balcony. On the ground floor there are hand-crafted timber tables and benches, alongside the visitor centre. Bottled beers are available for sale, together with a cider on handpull. And a few local railway books were noted! Brewery visits welcome, but please note the restricted hours; open occasionally in the evening, for example during Ludlow Food Festival, or as a live music venue (with paid entry). Bar snacks are available. As well as being an attractive destination for Real Ale . lovers, children are also welcome, with a range of soft drinks on offer. A beer festival is around St. Valetine's Day. Check website for details of this and other events.
