Large suburban pub on the edge of town, which is tastefully decorated in a Chinese theme. A comfortable brick based structure built by Bankss in the late 1980s on the site of the former Derricks Club (infamous in the memory of many locals for various reasons). Two handpumps, but sadly both devoted to Banks's Amber. Very popular with diners throughout the day, specialises in Chinese cuisine, takeaways available during meal times.
