Opposite the railway station, this St. Anne's Brewery owned establishment has several handpumps but only two or three are likely to be in use at any one time, and St. Annes's own distinctive beers are often unavailable. "Music" can be incredibly loud.

The two level former interior has gone with the pub now consisting of one large room with a modern contemporary feel. The bar has moved from the rear of the pub to the right hand side. The toilets are on the same level which has greatly improved access for disabled patrons.

Has been extended into the premises next door which contains a pool table.

Note that closing times vary depending on custom.

It seems that St. Annes are not brewing as of June 2025 but are intending to start again, but when is not known.
