This private members clubhouse comprises two bars. The smaller bar is primarily for those dressed in golfing attire, and has a Sports TV, while the larger bar overlooks the expansive links, and its walls are adorned with the usual selection of attractively presented plaques, populated with long lists of Past Captains, Winners etc. Both rooms are very pleasant, comfortable places to relax and enjoy ones pint, as would be expected. Members also have the benefit of 2 snooker tables in a separate room. As well as having the Doom Bar, the regularly changing guest beer is often from anywhere in the country, but also sees local breweries featured. Be sure to observe the warning signs when driving in and out on the road, so as to avoid potentially being hit by a golf ball! Note that the opening (and food) hours are a minimum; the clubhouse is open (and offering food) generally during daylight hours, to cater for the mainly golfing clientele.
