The Wharf makes good use an original and spacious Canal Company warehouse of 1771 converted into a bar, pub, music and event venue in late 2015. Currently it's open on Friday evenings as a live music venue and on Saturday evenings for private functions. More opening days are being added during 2018. The bar serves the cavernous curved walled old brick main room extending right up to the lofty rafters high above. Stairs lead up to a comfortably furnished balcony. Cask beers are from Bewdley and Wye Valley breweries whilst the Hobson's Town Cryer on hand pump is their export version in Evolution kegs, filtered and carbonated but not pasteurised. For the latest listing of live bands see the website home page and Facebook. Level access to the bar and WCs (not adapted). Steps down to the main performance area.
