Local pub close to the town centre and a short walk from the station. Music is very much the theme with an extensive juke box collection of classic numbers and a Northern Soul disco late afternoon on the last Sunday of the month. It has active darts and dominoes teams, a large single lounge bar with a pool table, and an outside area with bench tables. Three or four cask ales are from local, regional and national breweries along with cobs are available. Level access through the side gate on request (otherwise kept locked) and level throughout. No adapted WCs.
