There is a lounge bar and a pleasant secluded beer garden at the back. It offers lunchtime brunch and special themed food evenings along with a regular cask beer. Wainwright on handpull is keg beer, not cask. There are social activities such as board games and crib. Solo artists or DJs perform on Fridays and Saturdays. The themed evenings are Wednesday board games including chess with an antipasto platter; Thursday steak sharing eking; Friday fine tasting experience; Sunday paper pies.
