Founded in 1975 and described as “One of the finest country clubs in the Midlands, with an enviable reputation for friendliness and the quality of its facilities, staff and service”.

The bar is located in the US country club styled Clubhouse, which incorporates a gym and a number of other facilities (see website for details). There is a separate Branston Pavilion which was purpose-built to house larger functions; it is available to hire for weddings (it is licensed for civil marriages), conferences, exhibitions etc.

The grounds, overlooking the River Trent, include two 18-hole golf courses, a floodlit 22-bay driving range, and practice greens.
