Inevitably known locally as the Mucky Duck, this popular Grade II listed mid-terrace pub dates back to the late 18th century and overlooks the Trent & Mersey Canal / Coventry Canal junction.

There is a cosy public bar, with an open fire, and a smaller lounge on opposite sides of a central serving area, plus a 'cellar room', with a vaulted brick ceiling, beyond the lounge (5 steps down).

Specialist drinks evening Friday (eg. gin, whisky, wine, etc).

Walkers, cyclists, boaters and gongoozlers welcome.

Nearest bus services pass through Fradley village, about 2km distant on foot.
