A thatched and much renovated former coaching inn on the edge of Stone. A typical Vintage Inns country pub & restaurant with an area for drinkers by the bar. Good food and good beer are served and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Guest beers come from the Vintage Inns seasonal range. The pub is about half a mile from the Trent & Mersey Canal.
