Its well worth visiting the rear beer garden to see half a dozen different 'Eagle Inn' pub signs from the past. There is a Community Defibrillator up a flight of steps in the beer garden provided by the Eagle Inn. In Feb 2024 the owner announced that he had been unable to find new tenants and intended to convert the pub into a house.
