See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
This interesting community local dates from the eighteenth century with bare stone walls and much original timber, most notably including the front door. There is one main bar, plus a separate quiet room and a skittle alley. There is a large garden to the rear. Children are welcome. The pub fields one darts and two skittles teams, and holds occasional quizzes. NB cash only on the bar.
