A large, friendly and welcoming local on the outskirts of town (near the ring road), Before acquiring its cricketing name it was called the Biddulph Arms after the family estate to which it belonged. There are full disabled facilities. The Full Pitcher can best be described as a steak house and carvery. It may close in the evenings when diners have left.
