This imposing building was formerly Solihull's Council House; since then it has been a Lloyds Bar/JD Wetherspoons pub, then a Yates pub. After closing in 2023, the premises reopened as an independent Irish pub called Doyle's Bar Solihull. The pub offers traditional Irish food and has a wide range of craft ales and currently two real ales, though that may change depending on demand. They are open to ale suggestions from near and far.
