This imposing building was formerly Solihull's Council House, then converted to a Lloyds Bar/JD Wetherspoons pub, but was sold to Stonegate in 2016where it was rebranded as a Yates pub. After closing in 2023, the premises reopened as an independent Irish pub called Doyle's Bar Solihull. The pub offers traditional Irish food and has a wide range of craft ales and up to 4 real ales at any one time. They are open to ale suggestions from near and far.
