Very close to Lichfield City rail station, this pub reopened in October 2025 after an extensive refit as part of the Black Country Ales group. The layout is well thought out giving a welcoming feel when entering. There's comfy seating at the front, either side of the entrance, with an open fire at one end. The bar is central with a large room to the rear, up a few stairs. Five diverse guest ales include one Black Country seasonal. Simple bar snacks are offered.
